PAYMENT TERMS

I will request a sample of your document (or the document in full) and then provide you with:

• a fixed-price quote
• an invoice for a non-refundable 20% deposit (to be paid before I commence work on your project)
• a contract outlining terms, conditions, the scope of the project, and the project start and completion dates
  
  

Once your project has been completed, you will be sent a watermarked version (usually in PDF format) as proof of completion, along with an invoice for the remaining 80% due (payable within 7 days). As soon as the final payment has been received, your completed project will be sent to you.

*Completed projects will not be released until final payment has been made in full.
